Information only
The site is an independent guide to Lan Ha Bay: its cruises, day boats, activities, piers, fees and seasons. Everything on it is general travel information. It is not a booking service, a travel agency, or professional, legal, safety or financial advice. We are not affiliated with any cruise line, operator, port or authority; see our about page.
No booking contract with us
We do not sell tours or cruises and we do not take payments. When you follow a link and book on GetYourGuide, Klook, Trip.com or an operator's website, your contract is with that platform or operator, under their terms and conditions. They are responsible for the booking, the service, payments, changes, cancellations and refunds. Questions about a booking go to them; see contact.
Prices, availability and changes
Prices on our pages are "from" prices read on a stated date or published by operators. They can change at any time. We do not guarantee that a product, cabin or price shown here is available. Operators can change ships, itineraries, piers and inclusions, and authorities can change fees and rules or suspend activities such as kayaking.
Limitation of liability
We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- changes, cancellations or failures by operators or platforms;
- storm cancellations, sailing bans, ferry suspensions or other decisions by the authorities;

- any loss arising from reliance on information on this site.
